A Checklist in doing Reflections

One way to explain reflection is to clarify what reflection is and what it is not. A helpful way to initiate discussion of the reflective process is for students to collaborate with their peers and draw up their own comparison table. This chart shows examples of what students may list and discuss.

 
 
 
 

Reflections and evidence of participation in CAS are not limited to just written words. These can also take the form of other media such as audio recordings, video recordings, poetry, written text or articles, drawings/ artworks, ANYTHING! As long as students show engagement in these experiences and how they are able to achieve the learning outcomes through these output, then yes, they can be part of their CAS portfolio!

In each student’s Managebac CAS profile, there are different media that the students can choose from with regards to the type of reflection or evidence they wish to upload, as seen from the screenshot below.
